I focus on connecting learning in the classroom to learning with technology. I recently started a YouTube channel called “Coffee and Calculus with Dr. Weselcouch” where I work out examples related to the material covered in class.
In addition, I've created a series where I use the mechanics of the video game Minecraft to explore various mathematical concepts.

Ok, actually, Coffee and Calculus with Doc Weselcouch is fantastic. I cannot say this enough. The videos genually helped me so much when stuck on webassign or when studying for quizzes and exams. Even my friends in other professors classes use the videos on a regular because the videos offer such clear, precise, and relative examples.

Prior to taking Professor Weselcouch MST 111 course, I extremely disliked and even feared about taking Calculus. However, Professor Weselcouch through this semester with his amazing lectures, "Coffee and Calculus with Dr. Weselcouch" YouTube channel along with his support convinced me to love and enjoy taking Calculus. With his short yet impactful YouTube channel, I was not only able to strongly understand Calculus concepts, but also enjoy taking Calculus. This is mainly because of how fun and exciting Professor Weselcouch made YouTube videos and lectures.

I love your YouTube channel! It was always difficult for me in math classes in the past because I would have to lookup how to do problems and it wasn't always very clear, but with my own professor making the videos and explaining things, it made it a lot easier to understand things.

I think they're great. I have even shared the videos with people that aren't in the class that are prospective students for next semester. They're entertaining, quality content.
